With an Impressionistic style, English artist Frederick Morgan painted pleasant, idyllic scenes, mostly of interiors of children, or of families working outdoors. He was largely accepted by the late-19th and early-20th century art world, although his safe, idyllic, non-controversial works never quite solidified him as a pioneering figure in art history.
